Former Spencer Town Council member and Spencer resident Mike Spinks was honored by Spencer Main Street with a new memorial bench between the Historic Tivoli Theatre and Civilian Brewing Corps. A small crowd of Spencer Main Street representatives, family, and friends helped dedicate the bench in Spinks’ memory.
