Matthew Augustyn, 40, Spencer, preliminary charges of domestic battery, resisting law enforcement, and strangulation. OCSD K9 Deputy Charlie Hallam was the arresting officer.

Anthony Hughes, 74, Freedom, preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement, domestic battery, disorderly conduct, and failure to appear. Arrested by OCSD Major William Snodgrass.

Charles Kennedy, 29, Plainfield, preliminary charge of writ of attachment. OCSD Deputy Elijah Volrich was the arresting officer.

April Smith, 44, Bloomington, preliminary charge of driving while suspended. Arrested by OCSD Major William Snodgrass.

Josie Keller, 42, Spencer, preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated endangering a person. Spencer Police Department (SPD) officer Bryce Brock was the arresting officer.

April 7

Tyler Shatto, 34, Spencer, preliminary charge of battery resulting in bodily injury. Arrested by OCSD Deputy Elijah Volrich.

April 8

Keith Wampler, 24, Spencer, preliminary charge of domestic battery. OCSD Deputy Brennan Clark was the arresting officer.

April 9

Christinia Atkins, 26, Spencer, preliminary charges of disorderly conduct and domestic battery. Arrested by SPD officer Bryce Brock.

April 10

Steven Cazee, 43, Spencer, preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and probation violation. OCSD Deputy Cory Poland was the arresting officer.

Robbie Cornwell, 50, Gosport, preliminary charges of operating a vehicle without financial responsibility, driving while suspended, possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish, or salvia, possession of paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, and failure to appear. Arrested by OCSD Deputy Brennan Clark.

Travis Sanders, 58, Poland, IN, preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, possession of methamphetamine, and driving while suspended with a prior charge. Arrested by OCSD Deputy Brennan Clark.

Raymond Hunsicker, 24, Gosport, preliminary charges of failure to appear, possession of paraphernalia, driving while suspended with a prior charge, and possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish, or salvia. OCSD Deputy Elijah Volrich was the arresting officer.

David Heidrick, 61, Spencer, preliminary charge of failure to appear. Indiana State Police Trooper Ian Portteus was the arresting officer.

Courtney Hammond, 40, Spencer, preliminary charge of residential entry. Arrested by SPD officer Ben Muncie.
